★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great condo with great facilities. One of the best over the area. Appartment are spacious and well designed with a good management team. Pool and gym are fantastic and gives you an exclusive feeling. Location is perfect only 10mns driving from Singapore and 5mns from Puteri Harbour. Access to Anjung shopping area that has a supermarket and few other interesting shops that can be useful on a daily basis. Go there for short trip or live there is fantastic !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked an Airbnb here and the place was fabulous. Love how secure the place is. There's plenty of parking space and the location of the place itself was convenient to find. There are also stores that are within a short drive in case we needed food or other essentials. Not many, but sufficient!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impiana is off the busy street at east ledang, finding the place was fairly easy. It is a well maintained condo which for a 6 year old condo, still looks like new. The are visible guards roaming around the condo and entry was not too much of a hassle. The houses corridors are wide and clean. The common areas are also clean and have mnay lush greenery. Overall a good place to stay, quiet and away for the hustle bustle of the city ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacious units... Mine is a 2 bedroom and 2.5 washrooms unit. Serviceable kitchen, laundry area and storeroom. Gated area with smart tag-type entry, large-ish swimming pool and gymnasium. Quite well kept maintenance-wise, though covered parking area gets quite dark i.e. Could use more lighting.. Mydin shopping just a stone's throw away (but driving there entails a lengthy u-turn). Next to it is a Subway and 23hr mamak restaurant. All in all a very pleasant place to live in.
