★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reading at the reviews here seems like they didn't improve at all guess the management doesn't seem to care for the customers service and experience when trying to buy or entering the store.. 3 days ago I went in and looming around and one staff lady just even bothered to say hello would you need any help she just followed me which made me feel so uncomfortable shopping( you guys really need to give the customers space and if you think they going to steal just look from far away not so like next to them. Today I went in to give it another go and so I saw that lady again but she wasn't following me I saw her another customer and it seems like she had a fight with her families at home or somthing, her face was so unwelcome. Well for me I ask the guy staff which cleansing is promotion and i cycled the whole facial cleansing section and the guy just quickly said yes and so oh that good so I got one cleansing wipe and face off toner, the guy then goes not that one just the top section so I said I did ask if this is the promotion too as he said yes straight away and he talked back and said I did say cleansing only, I was so upset that he talked back so I refuse to purchase and left the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Promoters were as good as useless. They only answer questions when asked and don't even try to be helpful. I asked if they have any promotions and they just said no but as I was paying, saw that they actually do have a gift with purchase promotion. They don't bother attending to you if you don't look like you're there to buy, or they do attend to you half-heartedly, doesn't bother explaining to you thoroughly and seem to just hafal script. I have went to other innisfree outlets and I can honestly say the KLCC one is the worst.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad customer service, as promoters aren't friendly at all. Their presence are just merely to answer your questions with a very impolite manner. They would show you how impatient they are when serving you, as tho there are better customers for them to serve. If you dont look like you're about to spend a few hundred or thousand bucks at their shop, they wont bother to even look at you (they'll just pass by).
