I was trying to buy a cushion pact and he didn’t answer to my question properly(kind of made me a fool asking a silly question), he did let me test the color but it was like at a cheap market. It’s not my first time purchasing at Dior Cosmetics, maybe Dior cosmetic shops in Malaysia are all rude..?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience..! 30th April 2022 i want buy cushion powder but the staff not friendly at all then she refused to try the colour at my face.. compare to Chanel BA very nice service n very friendly.. plzz take your BA old lady get out from the dior!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To be honest if i wanna buy any Dior Beauty product, i will definitely go to KLCC concourse boutique instead of other level or Pavilion. Because staff over there were very friendly and always assisting me so kuch compare to others. Of course if going to Klc branch i prefer Grayson to serve me as he was so friendly, efficient and attentive. 10/10 i give rating for him.
