I got an used item delivered to me today and they even don't allow me to post the review with the truth. Can't trust their reviews bcs they definitely only approve those comments.
I bought a eyeshadow sets a few days before and it's delivered today. The box comes without a sealed plastic, not sure if someone already opened and used/tried it.
There are 2 brushes included, one is with plastic cover but the other one doesn’t have.
Also the one without the plastic cover has been used, the eye shadow shines on it when I open the box.
A terrible experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite uncomfortable when followed by salesperson...i know they wants to assist but follows very near, couldnt hear wat they says, most important, how to buy things without testing with testers.. 80% of cosmetics dun hv testers.. When ask for shade suggestion.. Says download app.. It will suggest... Wow.. Recommend smtg with no confidence.. If this repeat at another branch also, will nvr back to sephora.. Assist all cust equally without standardize

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’d rather go to the OU outlet honestly. They are so unfriendly and cherry picked who to serve and help. Came with friends and we tried for a good 10 minutes to find help with perfume, foundation and skincare. When we did receive service, it was very clear they didn’t really want too probably we didn’t match up to their aesthetic appeal ? Anyways it really sucks when they rather stand with their basket and avoided us looking for what seem to be better customer. A suggestion I’d give is to not profile your customers so openly. It really wasn’t cool and i implore others to go to different outlet.
