β β β β β Innisfree is a good brand for skincare, suitable for my combination skin. Product lines have a decent amount of selection for all genders alike. Product can be pricey but its worth your money when you see/maintain the results. Staff are also attentive to customers' needs. Plus points is when they collaborate with other companies or come up with attractive items to bring their customers gifts when they purchase above RM120/RM300 (EX: the snoopy hair band and lately the 2019 New Beginning magnetic calender) Cheers!

The staff here are extremely helpful, readily able to provide the customers with the information of the products and the sales and promotions going on.
One of the staff member actually chased after me just to give me my birthday month present as a VIP member
I've always had a good experience shopping here and it makes me sad that I won't be able to do so anymore after I've left Malaysia
