★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hands down worst customer seevice in my entire sephora experience- ruins the reputation for Sephora that it doesn't deserve. Please prep yourself to not ask the workers for help if you need to come to this place. I rather travel further to other sephora outlets and shop online than go to this sephora outlet. If paradigm sephora closes down , I will not be surprised bc of bad the customer service is. I asked their advice on moisturiser and they didnt even advise me - they just said this is good and when i asked why they said alot ppl buy and walk away. Then i asked if got stock for this and they said "no just buy online , so cheap already ofcourse la no stock" and they 3 colleague laugh together and walk away when im not done

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service at it worst. Walked into the store to survey gifts during christmas, wasn't able to find what I wanted. Walked out with a beep from a sensor, got directed by the security to one of the sales assistant to get my bag checked. While I am fully aware it's a procedure, obediently i did whatever was needed for the bag check (which lasted for a 5 minutes long, wasted my time) I was rudely told to get everything off my bag, leaving it a mess at the end, while the sales assistance assumed i had something taken without paying?! Did not apologise for the inconvenience caused at the end of the bag check, very rudely claimed "it's our procedure" without even apologising for their mistake!? Conclusion, get the sensors back to where it was sent from, for a good check for mistakenly beeping. Big company with very cheap sensor and customer service I suppose what a shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for perfume & was assisted by Rays I think her name. Took her time to entertain me testing while she was polite with other customers. Cozy place to shop. I bought black opium perfume n are loving it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there with a friend of mine because we were looking for a farewell present for our colleague. Fragrance was the idea but we were not very sure until the staff named Tasha/Natasha guided us throughout the process of choosing ? She helped a lot. The fragrance she suggested was LOVED by our friend. We are glad we listened to her suggestions. Thank you so much Tasha/Natasha! ??

Couldn’t forget how rude the staff in this outlet
They look like you gonna shoplift or whatsoever
Security gave that kind of judgy look and followed us around while we were doing our shopping
Same goes to the staff, superficial???
After get my eyeliner she brought me straight to the counter and pay for it, hello?? I was gonna shop for other item as well.. can’t they just let me browse around? You know girls always end up getting tons of stuff even they don’t need it , Anyhoo fine I’ll just get my eyeliner and adios since they not welcome for more business
Always feel unwelcome in this outlet
Maybe should hold stack of cash when you come here to show that you not gonna steal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The star is given based on the customer service experience. They are not friendly or welcoming. They look unapproachable and look at you with judgement. The store is great and has a variety of products. The staff need to work on their customer service skills or they have issues with each other.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usual Sephora store. It is much spacious with easy shopping as the items are not so close to each other. Quite many staffs inside and cashier is quite friendly. Prices are fixed but occasionally sales are available. Most of the brands are available.
