β β β β β Got a rude served from one of their girl staff with no smiling face, i got a wrong burger and she ask me to sit first, i waited for an hour but she doesn't call me instead. ? not satisfy at all

β β β β β Promotion available from time to time, make sure you follow their Facebook page. They have friendly staff but the speed is a bit slow for a fast food. The food taste is good. Clean environment, and they have hand washing area in the restaurant. Many tables available for dine in. Price is slightly higher compared to McD but it's really worthy when they have promotion.

β β β β β It was cool, clean and tidy. Food was taking quite some time for me to dine in due to queued takeaway orders from the online food apps. Probably not recommended to dine in before an hour closing ?

No managing at all
Food is half cooked sometimes
Tables are not clean
Staff is not enough
Food trays r all bend
Only one order counter is functioning mostly

β β β β β One of my favourite BK outlets in Klang Valley area. This outlet is not so crowded and workers are attentive to keep all the tables and chairs clean. Taking orders and food ready in reasonable time. Burgers and fries are serve in proper size and taste nice. Soft drinks are always a hit and miss on the βgasβ or flat. A common issue in other fast food outlets as well with the dispenser. Ice cream machine is all wrapped up and no ice cream here.

β β β β β Very nice burgers, BK still my favourite. The ambience was good. However the staff were very slow, not attentive, chit-chat a lot. Probably management need to retrain n motivate them a bit.
