The road must be larger and meet the standards; all the ILLEGAL houses must be disposed.
Cannot give full stars until that time.

But when contacted, the sales person said MUST COME TO SALES GALLERY even though he is aware of the interstate travel restriction during this MCO. Made me not interested in the project with poor customer service by the sales rep

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This condo looks finished, but not completed. What's the difference? If the developer failed to hand over the house keys with vacant possession to all the purchasers by the deadline, they will be finished! Because, only by then would the project be considered as completed. But, upon the vacant possession, I will have do the defect inspection, upgrading and renovation works, including the installation of all furniture and fittings, until it is fit for habitation for my daughter's unit here...and failing which, I would be completely finished!!!
