★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Booking cancelled on the day of check-in, we were literally stranded with no place to go far away from home with limited funds, and no SIM card. (We didn't know tourist SIM cards were available at the airport)
2. Far away from nearby shops/bus stations/point of interest.
3. Overpriced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pretty good and newish condo with a decent location, but it's not ideal. It's right next to the highway, so there is a lot of noise from cars, trucks, and motorcycles speeding past. The noise and dust make it unpleasant to keep the doors and windows open, which means that that my apartment got very hot. The traffic is very bad along Jalan Kiara 3 so access isn't great, and it's only getting worse with all the new condos along this road. Plus, with the lack of sidewalks or access to Jalan Kiara 1, kids couldn't safely walk to school at Garden or MKIS.
The apartments are big and the build quality is good. For example, they installed a good brand of lifts instead of saving money and buying a cheaper, less reliable brand. The pool is nice, but it's in the shade all day long so it's uncomfortably cold. The small fitness room has good quality equipment, but there's mostly cardio machines, with limited weight machines and free weights.
There's very limited space for kids to play here so it's a poor choice for families. The open area on the roof is useless and was put there for marketing purposes only. There's not much for kids on the 6th floor other than a tiny playground that they get bored with after 10 minutes. The ironic thing is that the apartments themselves are big and nice enough for families to live in, but the building is much better suited to those without children.
