The condo consists of a single 22-storey tower block with a total of 160 residential units occupying Level 5 to Level 22. The floors below this comprise of recreational areas such as the swimming pool, squash court, gymnasium, cafeteria and sauna. The parking bays are also located on the lower levels. Aside from this, Kiara 3’s facilities also boast of a reading room and beautifully landscaped gardens.
Kiara 3 comprises of 8 layout designs boasting of spacious living rooms, kitchens, bedrooms and dining areas. The residential units measure between 1,518 and 1,598 sq ft in size – a luxurious volume of space for comfortable living. Unfortunately feeling disappointed with lot of the issues found personally ... from the building itself that less of maintenance, the cleanliness of lobby area, etc ... perhaps it needs immediate refurbishment. No doubt it's still the cheapest condo with such a huge 1,598 sqf size that selling around 600K fully furnished condo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to look for room to rent for a friend. Place was about 15 minutes walk to 163 Retail Park, 1Mont Kiara and Plaza Mont Kiara depending on how fast you walk.
To get to the condominium, one has to pass through a suburban area. Considered that the place is a distance to eating areas if one is a foodie.
