They help me do virtual tour for FREE. They had managed to help me rent out my unit in less than 2 weeks while the other agents failed to do so over 3 months! Their service is also top notch. They would reply my Whatsapp messages at any time, send Lalamove or their agent to pick up the keys from me. Signing the tenancy agreement electronically was so easy. The best is they will remind my tenants about the rental! Isn't this what every property owner wanted? I was absolutely enjoying it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with insta home was really amazing. This agency is really nice and allows you to rent an apartment for short period (great for students that come only for 6 months in Kuala Lumpur for example, like it is the case for me).
Ivan was really nice before, during and even after everything was settled. Quick respond, great advices, available for questions, friendly etc.
I would recommend this agency for sure !
