★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kitty is the most professional beautician I’ve ever met. Great communication, excellent service. She’s very gentle. I had many different types of facial and treatment with her. She performs the extractions and all procedures with care and attention. Absolutely no pain. With her skills and experience, I feel safe and I know my very sensitive skin is in good hands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in with my concerns and kitty was very professional and gave very good advice in terms of the necessary procedure/treatment that would work. On top of that, she also gave detailed explanations on the procedure and what to expect (realistically) in terms of the outcome. What I like most about this place is that they wouldn’t push you to get any extra/other treatments if it is unnecessary. The staffs are also very welcoming and would make you feel very appreciated as a customer after each treatment. Overall, I had a great experience. Would definitely recommend ??⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a special promo pre-pandemic for an awesome facial treatment. Purchased a multi treatment package and was able to transfer it to a different location after moving.
I accepted a complimentary offer to treat a sunspot which did not work out for me and actually had the opposite effect but not a big deal.
Was offered an ongoing treatment worth a week in Bali to address it but it simply wasn't important to me and declined.
My frugality trumps my vanity any day.
My better half was offered and is considering an upgraded package. I firmly believe if a procedure makes you feel better about yourself, definitely consider it if it's within your means.
So, their business model of upselling packages should be expected but could probably be toned down a bit so it isn't presented too often.
Their service otherwise is amazing and we always leave feeling refreshed and our cleared pores thank them immensely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience!!! The manager (around 50++ age old women) is very bad attitude!!! She behaves like I owe her money when I pay and speak tone is too heavy make me so uncomfortable, as a service industry I think should not have such an attitude!!! First time to visit and BAD experience here, I will NEVER visit again at this outlet. Hope Shakura company will take some action of this problems.
Before i visit here, SA is willing WhatsApp and call me make appointment.
After I joined member and taken they program, SA WhatsApp is never reply again! i think i was cheated!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Operation time: They only take appointment for weekdays. No weekend slots in their branch
Reception/Front Desk: Not so friendly and welcoming and makes you feel awkward when you enter during the first visit. Even if I ask them anything, they're redirecting me to the branch which I've signed up previously. Definitely it's a no coming back again.
Facial: The facial therapist, Yuki was so sweet and being friendly to make me comfortable with the visit. She explained well about my skin conditions and even suggested me some skincare routine to do it in a proper way. She's the only reason I'm giving 3 stars.
