★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the therapist was asking derma master customer to sign up package under Aqua beauty centre. The centre currently under renovation but there was no map or sign board to direct customer to the new place, phone number provided at the old centre was not able to reach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ got voucher for the facial treatment as first trial customer. Very pushy for sales keep asking me to sign up package! i had to say no for 7 times during the consultation before the treatment! Then started to show me black face!
still never mind, during treatment still want to say bla bla ur skin is VERY VERY bad and push for another 3 times. The so called VERY VERY bad is just because i have a few pimple on forehead =.=
didn't sign up package so end up just got some simply done facial and black face after the treatment , chase u out of the shop directly without any greeting, such huge difference when i walked in to the shop at first just because i didn't sign package! NOT RECOMMENDED!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was much hard selling during the process, to the extent that it felt uncomfortable. After refusing to take up the upsell, I felt like the therapist proceeded with my facial half heartedly. The extraction was done haphazardly and it appears that the therapist was trying to “save” the facial products (the mask was applied VERY thinly and it was painful when removed).
The machine used for hydration was good but would not return as the therapist was either not skilful or is discriminatory against customers who do not purchase the upsell facials.
