王	王伟胜 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I decided to chill and enjoy with my fellow friends. I saw their staff was vaping and smoking outside the entrance. Oh godd, pls manage your staff's professionalism . The lady staff doesn't not speak English nor Malays ,only understand mandarin? Out of 1000/100, I would not recommend this place though.

Final confirmation made with the staff (looks like kitchen staff) again and he told me that there is miss communication between the staff and the food is not prepared yet. Got my food only at 505pm after 1 hour of order. Disappointing experience and hope the franchise can improve on that

Only this time the waffles were soft, soggy and undercooked. Total disappointment. About the milk tea, well, they're just ok. I mean, nothing really stands out.

I order mostly to take the glass bottle home 3.5/5 Aloe Mango Yakult This is iced, pretty good Environment: 5/5 Plenty of spaces to sit and chill, good lighting. Song playlist is pretty good. Free WiFi Parking: 5/5 Plenty of basement parking Overall pretty good first time here. Will be back to try their other drinks and for the environment.
R	Richard Keating on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They get many things right but my cappuccino was luke warm. But it did have a nice rich flavour. They need to heat the milk a bit more. Also at rm13 for a hot cappuccino it's one of the most expensive in penang. That said its very bright and comfortable inside, with a nice 'neo classic' look, and pleasant background music. The rm 10 waffle tasted nice, was crunchy on the outside but a bit undercooked as the center was still pasty. At these prices they really should get it all right
