★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Remote TV does not work. No Mineral water provided in room and you have to walk quite far to get drinking water from the far corner of the lobby. No cups or bottle provided at the water dispenser. Selling Mineral water at lobby to get more money.
When you pay almost rm100 you expect to get at least a decent room with basic service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ comfortable hotel, with huge open space area, you may enjoy sea breeze from outside of your door, very well organized parking space close to the hotel, the front office staff is welcome and very well managing online booking, the beach is just a few feet away from the hotel, with beautiful view of the ocean and clean beach it's worth to just sit down and enjoy the breeze. In room facility is good mostly everything working, the only downside is the water heater is not working properly sometimes the water gets to hot and some times the water heater is not working at all.. Overall its still a comfortable hotel at its level of price

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came a few weeks after MCO reopens,during weekdays. No crowd at beach and hotel. Is located right by the beach. Booked 2 rooms, triple and twin sharing beach view (although only 1 room has 1 window overlooking beach).
Rooms are spacious and clean. Airconds look new, toilets clean too. Beds are used but comfortable and clean sheets. Overall very good stay. To me, affordable price for this location and room quality. Will come again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t expect much for this budget hotel. Old furniture. Pillow is hard as a rock. Tv doesn’t work. Water heater doesn’t work. Bedsheets are stained. Towels too. Toilet are horribly dirty. Triple room contains 1 mug and 1 glass. The cleaners are snobs. If u want them to clean your room, u need to tell them in the morning. If u tell them in the afternoon, they would reply, oh, we only clean rooms in morning. In my mind, what about those who have checked out? Don’t their rooms need to be cleaned as well? Their staff are just plain lazy. The receptionist boys are ok. The girls are pathetic. The only deserving star they get is for the distance between the hotel and the beach. Thats it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Water pressure so good. Tidy, clean and spacious room. However, perhaps owner of the resort can change the toilet seat due to old and looks not so clean.
Nevertheless, surely will come back again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are considering to stay at this resort, I hope you contemplate it twice. This is my honest review from the experience of staying here for 2 nights.
Customer service - 1/5
The service there is the worst, they are not costumer friendly.
Service - 1/5
I requested for towels at night, but were declined as they were out of towels and were told that I should ask for them earlier in the morning.
Cleanliness - 1/5
The floor is dirty and there are dusts everywhere. I even have to sweep the floor using the broom from the corridor, since there is no broom provided in the room.
Do not even get me started about the lipstick stain on the mug and the questionable bedstains. Is this how you clean your room and serve your customers? Disappointing.
Facilities - 2/5
Let me tell you that the pictures of a pool is FALSE. There is NO POOL available here. You are welcome.
And I do not have words for the dirty toilet. You can read up other's reviews.
Access to the beach - 4/5
The distance is short, and that is the only great thing about the stay here.
Price - 3/5
Overpriced, not par to the facilities.
Overall, I definitely do not recommend you to stay here, unless you just want the short distance to the beach and you are on a tight budget. Thank you for reading this long review and I hope that you will experience a great holiday unlike mine.
