β β β β β Maybe due to MCO, the place was not up to par... A bit disappointed but had booked and paid online .... Please keep up the standards as seen on social media....a strategic place as near to UMT and UniSZA....will put up the night there again IF the management will buck up!!

β β β β β Very dirty and smelly. Management offered to change room but still bad, with the blood stains and all. The floor is slippery. Toilet flush isnβt working. Will not repeat. Should give no star at all.

β β β β β The facility is not quite well maintain. The door is hard to open, with the crack in the door which you can see through if you work hard enourg, aircond cannot be adjust the temp, service at the counter is slow, breakfast only one bungkus nasi dagang and cup of tea (better to buy outside) But if want a cheap accomodation, large room, two king beds plus a huge swimming pool with a minor theme park, yes, this is your choice!

But Still Okay To Spend Time Here With Family.
For Small Event Or Bajet Event Also Ok For Me.
Dinner Set and Lunch Set Just Okay Only.
Breakfast I think Need Approvement Or Something New Not Only For Take Away.

β β β β β Not recommended at all. Book during promo, they said they will give discount, whenever we come. Then come here to stay, they mark up the price. The staff said the promo is only on that time. The room is so smelly. Broken doors and the food is so tak sedap. The room price is quite expensive for this kind of service

β β β β β Booked 11 rooms from this resort and
1. The bathrooms smell so bad, like there were pees on the wall eventho we already clean the floors by OURSELVES (Bau hancing)
2. There were I don't know, but dirty stains on the bed SHEETS. Some black colours and some CHOCOLATE colours
3. Some rooms did not have any aircond and tv remotes control. We ringed up the receptionist, and they were only checking the problems but no proper solutions.
4. Just with one key, we can use it for several rooms. Example, Like 1 key = 3 rooms. Poor security.
5. VERY POOR SECURITY because there were freaking 2 guys just casually sit down in front of our rooms and ready to open one of our rooms. Like????
6. Same foods for breakfast, and tastes bad. Only Nasi dagang is the most decent ones (we booked rooms for 4 days, but still the same foods we received)
7. One of the rooms did not have a properly functioned airconditioner, but like I said they did nothing lol.
8. WE WERE ACCUSED FOR STEALING MEATBALLS FROM THE CAFE WITHOUT ANY PROPER EVIDENCE. and when we were proven innocent, the staffs just apologise to us like nothing happened.
9. The surrounding is too noisy. Even my sleep were interrupted.
In short, this resort is the worst resort I've ever been

β β β β β Room very dirty! There are many broken doors and cabinet! Many broken lights! Ultra expensive for the facilities provided! Staff not helpful. Not recommended at all! We asking the staff to clean our room for 4 times and they keep delaying.. on last time the staff said their shift is over and need to wait until tomorrow... seriously??????
