What was a very stressful time for us (moving from KL back to UK) Intermovers staff made it as simply as possible.
I gave them 5 stars as that is the service they gave. I highly recommend them to everyone without question.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used Intermovers for a local move from PJ to Bangsar. Their service was excellent, the crew who did the move were both friendly and professional. We had a lot of stuff to move which took a number of trips but we were impressed with their efficiency. They wrapped and unwrapped everything, leaving us little to do but watch. We also appreciated how quickly they responded to any requests we made. Have no hesitation in recommending them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We selected Intermovers because they showed a very good awareness of both our needs as expats in Malaysia and the nuances of the country we were moving to, they were also competitively priced in the marketplace amongst the international removal companies.
Julien and his team packed our house in Malaysia for our move to Europe, their team were professional, honest and fast. My wife was in Malaysia alone during the process and states she felt very comfortable everything was firmly in hand. I'd recommend them for international removals, though, I don't doubt their skills in domestic are also good. Julien clearly has very good knowledge of his industry.

Julien Wilkinson was our point of contact and he was very professional and quick. The team that came to do the job were professional and completed the job within a day. Overall very happy with our experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I moved from New Zealand to Malaysia and used Intermovers to clear my personal effects and furniture through Customs and deliver to my house. Intermovers were very efficient, the paperwork was handled very well and the delivery truck arrived on time. The guys unloading the goods were very polite and well presented. upon completion of the move they removed all the wrapping and cardboard waste. John Preston, the local Managing Director paid a visit to ensure everything was okay and helped me settle into Kuala Lumpur with some introductions. Job well done. When I complete my time here I'll use Intermovers again.

The Intermover team arrived on time to pack up our home for our move to Thailand.
Packing was done faultlessly and quietly without the incessant chatter that some workers seem to love!
Nothing was too much trouble and every member of the team was very accommodating.
Half way through, Farah from Selangor head office dropped by to make sure everything was OK. Great service!
Having moved internationally several times, Intermovers are the best moving company we have ever used and we have tried some of the biggest.
They came as a personal recomendation and we do not hesitate in reciprocating the advice.
Intermovers are the best!

Communication was excellent throughout. Everything was packed with care and labelled well. On arrival in New Zealand the team here commented with almost disbelief on how conscientiously and carefully everything was packed-they were very impressed as were we. No damage at all.
