★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have met several ID firms before signing up with IPPO. I'm glad that my cousin introduce Danny and Yume to us. They are really helpful and professional. They listening to our requests and provided constructive ideas on elevating the different design concepts that we had in mind. We know that we are not a 'big house' compare to their other projects, haha... but they are still talk to us nicely and treat us like a VIP. They are creative mastermind behind our house. We were satisfied with their work from design to completion of the renovation.
A big thank you to Danny and Yume and of course the team behind you! Love this home design journey and will definitely recommend to my friends and family ? ?

Nothing much to see at the office except for a few impressive kitchen and wardrobe design but the person who serve us (a guy) was arrogant. Asked for our budget and told us their products are very expensive indirectly and makes you feel like you can’t afford them. Kept boasting about their design and level of luxury and definitely
Very judgemental.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let me share with you all what I had been through with IPPO Signature recently. I had conducted this design company to design my new house (1580sqft) with the price of RM12480 (design fees). They able to wave this cost provided I’m agree to sign them for the whole house renovation but I turn them down due to unbelievable expensive mark up price that they had quoted.
So, I requested for details drawing instead since I already paid RM12480 for the design fees. Unfortunately, the price that I had paid does not provide any details drawing at all!!! Things that I’m getting from them are: Using back their previous project design and apply into your home design (basically black, white and grey), copy paste most of your design sample idea from internet, talked about their quality that gonna build from the design (normal quality with over price given, easily can compare from the market), provide a few 3D drawings using PDF file (non 3D visualization had been given).
I personally felt that there's no professionalism at all. As a designer, if a customer pay for design, then the least need to provide is a service of complete design, not just by sending a couple of 3d drawings only. It definitely not worth of paying that amount of money just to get a few 3D pictures only don’t you think so???
PS: Do not need to discuss with them about your budget because is just a waste of time (easily additional RM80k above your budget).
