★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been waited for 4 months before I give this review, just to ensure I’m objective in giving fair review.
From beginning I’m impress with Naythan’s professionalism in handling my enquiry as I actually meet 4 ID company and turn out he is the one come back with professional advice and quotation that make sense, not the cheapest one but with better material. One of the ID even not responding at all, maybe my budget is too small for them.
Lemon is the designer that actually handle my case but he is wrapping up other project hence Naythan help to manage all my enquiries.
Whenever they have roadblocks and challenges they will discuss with their other peers to solve it, so it’s good and show their company’s culture. Lemon is good in collaborating with other contractor like electrician, plaster ceiling and carpenter. They know I need to rush in before year end and Lemon even work proactively to adjust the schedule with some other contractor to finish the work as soon as possible.
The only downside is the delay from carpenter, I know it’s lack of manpower and everyone else is rushing to move in before year end / CNY but I think they can improve the time planning, nevertheless the carpenter is quite good in their workmanship and they even improve some kitchen cabinets’ partition that is not in Lemon’s design, which I really appreciated. On the last day before handing over my house, together with Lemon and carpenter we work until 10pm to wrap things up, so their commitment and work attitude is top notch, also want to highlight that during that few days it’s flood everywhere in Klang and Shah Alam which make the material delivery even more complicated but they try their very best to deliver.
After I move in there’s some touch up and small fixes here and there are required and Lemon always following up closely with me and make sure the carpenter and wet work side come and fix it, so after sales service is definitely something you no need to worry about.
Also I want to call out that there’s a very sweet gesture, that Naythan and Lemon give me a house warming gift which is a surprise to me.
In conclusion these 2 young guys are very good, and I like them very much, good design, attention to details, good workmanship, good quality and good customer service…strongly recommended!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Special thanks to Wan Xin from Doubble Interior for her excellent service during the renovation period! Wan Xin patiently listen to all our requirements and concepts. She proposed something that meets our requirements and needs which is what we really likes it. We discuss and do a lot of changes during the renovation, she also gave us a lot of advice from her passed experience. Overall, the whole renovation process is smooth and we’ve stayed in our dream home. Keep up the excellent work! Thanks Wan Xin!

WeiDe proved to be very professional and efficient when it comes to problem handling as well, which we really much appreciate!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doubble Interior was selected by us because of its close links with the developer. The progress of the renovation was interrupted was various developer defects. Nonetheless, Naythan assisted us in going through the complex process of overcoming the obstacles to complete the renovation. He also coordinated with the other providers (lightings, oven and hob, air-cond) to ensure that the installations were done correctly.
Overall, the result was what we desired despite the hiccups. It is beneficial to have an ID that does not shy from problems but focuses on problem-solving. Most importantly, because of their close links with the development, we were assured that any problem which arose during and after renovation could be attended to quickly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've enlisted the help of a Doubble interior designer. Initially, the interior design consultant and I explored design concepts based on my preferences. Following that, it offers space-saving and functional design suggestions. Cost became an impediment for me in obtaining the desired design. The consultant re-adjusted the design to fit my budget following more discussion. Thanks to Doubble interior design consultants' Naythan and Yi Wen for their help in creating the most functional and elegant interior design.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have first approached and liaised with Doubble Interior before the 1st MCO lock down. we had managed to carry out discussion on the design via online but the outcome was not so fruitfully yielded until Year 2021 which we had resumed the discussion on the design after a long hiatus. However, DOUBBLE Interior created a pleasant environment and attentive service to bring the discussion on track. Their professionalism was translated into their contemplation of their amazing works. They are not inhibiting the customer ideas and touting on their design and selection, instead of carrying out the deliberating with the customer to reach an explicit decision that blended both parties idea. Doubble Interior had shown a commendable work attitude during the construction period especially the completion date was looming. We did express our apprehensive whether the deadline can be meet. For the last few days, they have put in the hard works and effort to delivery the works. Beside that, they had also helped to coordinate on the receiving of the furniture and appliances even though not within their scope of works. Upon delivered the work, the following up is remarkable especially for touching up and making good defects. The Project Manager is well trained and is endeavouring to get the work done. The Workmanship and work quality is conspicuous commendable but still there is always room to improve. it is a pleasant experience working with Doubble Interior and would highly recommended
