β β β β β Clean hotel... friendly staff.. hot shower take time to heat... parking is a bit hard.. near food court... owh hotel lift like forklift but can hold up to 400kg or 4 person..

β β β β β Love it here! Nice for a budget but comfortable stay. Near to the food court, you won't be hungry! But it's quite hard to find parking because there's a lot of other hotel around there.

β β β β β Stayed in a 6-person family room which came with 2 queen beds and 2 single beds. Room was big enough, by only just. No air conditioners here; instead there was a wall fan. There's a 3-4 person lift but as it was not working the staff helped carry our bags to our room.
Reviews have complained of no hot water in the shower. Apparently the trick is to turn on the tap and let the water run for a few minutes, after which hot water will have reached one's bathroom.
Surprisingly the TV had no local channels, only a few ASTRO channels - BBC, Fox Movies, AXN, AEC, Astro Supersport (ASSP). But the latter is set to ASSP1, not 2, 3 or 4. With some luck one could catch one's EPL team in action during weekends.

β β β β β The rooms were smelly. Bathroom is not clean (Hairs and junk on drainage)
The heater is a nightmare in a cold place like cameron. Hot water a few second then cold water. Went and complain to reception. That guy actually entered the room all the way into the bathroom with his shoes on. ?
He opened the shower the heater worked for a few second then he said it was all ok and left. Please read the other reviews, everyone is complaining abt the shower.
The only plus side was the location. Thats all.
There is no need for air conditioning which means they save a lot of money but they are not even bothered to get the room properly cleaned and get the shower working.
First and last time. Not going to book here again.

Cleanliness - immaculate.
Space - too small for 4 adults. Little to no space between the queen beds
Bathroom - spacious. But the water heater is centralized, so in times that not much guests around, you have to open full throttle and wait for 5-10 mins for the heat to come.
Hair dryer - available.
Drinking water filter - available at level 1 & 3.
Elevator was available but not quite the Parkland Hotel elevator. It's an OKU/laundry elevator. Max 3-4 people and sometimes without luggage. Quite a bummer because it's so slow that my parents have to opt for stairs instead as it was so much faster than the machine.

Food court is just across the hotel. Parking will be slightly difficult at times.

β β β β β First and last to stay here. Not a good experience with this hotel . Hot water was centralized thus need to wait more than 20 minutes. especially for Family with young children, this was worst. Flush not functioning, even the sink as water sometime not came out. Staff were rude and unfriendly when you were complaining. Luckily, i got to see the manager and he was so good .
You could find better place with same cost.. no wardrobe, no keetle, no drinking water. Even the bedsheet had bad smell like rotten milk.. i will never recommend this place to my friend.sorry
