β β β β β I ordered 1 supreme nachos and 1 awesome bundle trough grab food but only get the 1 supreme nachos. I call the grab delivery boy and he said that is all that was passed to him and the Burger King personnel said all completed. Now the BK doesn't want to take responsibility to this error and GF have to refund the money which I am still waiting for the refund tomorrow as it only happen just now 9.00 pm @22/2/2022 Order No. GF-444F. And I now without food for my dinner. Terrible service by BK Bandar Tun HUssein Onn staffs, bad experience, never going to buy BK again.

β β β β β This branch of Burger King is clean and cozy but the main issue is the queue. There was only one queue when I went there and it took me quite a long time to order.... So, if you plan to go there, I advise you guys to come earlier or when it's not so busy. And also please do press the like button if you want to see more reviews and pictures!

β β β β β Was there for lunch but the order was a bit slow, the good thing is there are plenty of parkings around the shop and the interior of the shop are very nice and comfortable for dine in.

β β β β β Very frustrated that both types of fish burger are not available. Ice cream machine is out of order. It wasn't a busy time but, with all the number of staff, they have the time to joke around but there were many dirty tables not attended to.

β β β β β Update: I've received the replacement burgers after feedback to the BK Malaysia. Although it's not complete replacement, but thank you for the handling my issue. Anyway, i hope the outlet could have better training for the crew because they still give me wrong order of my drink (but it's not really big deal) and handling customers (greetings, communication etc).. thank you.
I've order 5 pcs burgers but when reached home only to found out they only packed 4 pcs burgers... beef patties were burned and dry.. this the kind of quality of bk burgers? And the cheesy fries, just look at the amount of cheese they have... I'm speechless.... I've tried other outlets, way better than this outlet...

β β β β β The environment is good clean & tidy staffs courteous & friendly. Orders taken thru counter in proper manner. Food/ fries ? are good ? but one setback is NO tomato sauce served even on request.
