β β β β β Lovely departmental store shopping place have most branded items, cloths, beddings, toys, beauty products, travel, lugguage, sports and some japanese brands here. Nursery and salon also available, join as member is free, in order to collect points. Sales available now during christmas period but not much, mostly upto 30% only. Price is on the high side here but quality. Its a pity the store here don't have grocery, food and restaurant section. Sad...

β β β β β Ladies get the preferential treatment as two floors dedicated to women's wear and other fashion accessories. Not to say men need to complain as there is still room for the guys to shop. Overall a very pleasant shopping experience as the layout makes it easy for one to browse by category. Pricing is reasonable especially when there are promotions happening. Usually not so crowded compared to other stores.

For those who are unfamiliar with Isetan, it is a major Japanese department store recognised for its exceptional service staff, devotion to quality, and industry-leading buys, exemplifying the best of Japanese retail. There's no denying that Isetan is well-known among Malaysians for the high quality of things it offers.
This department store is enormous, with four floors dedicated to men's, women's, children's, and home products. Many customers come here to purchase for apparel and accessories since they have a wide range of brands for every category, including purses, heels & footwear, fragrances, lingerie, dresses, belts, wallets, stoking, beauty care items, and so on. For apparel, there are separate fitting rooms for women and men, and there are plenty of fitting rooms because each brand section has its own dedicated fitting rooms, so there's no need to worry if it's difficult to get into fitting rooms when it's busy.
The ground floor is exclusively to women, with cosmetics, fragrances, beauty garden, ladies handbag, ladies accessories, ladies shoes & ladies watch, as well as an international boutique. On the first floor, you'll discover predominantly ladies' clothing for the weekend, special occasions, work, and intimate, as well as beauty products, swimwear, and jo hair wigs. Children's wear, children's sundries, baby wear, baby sundries, ladies resort style, stationary, kitchenware, bedding, event hall, and alteration service would be on the second floor. Casual wear, business wear, travel zone, men's shoes, men's sundries, men's tailor, gadgets, and writing instruments would be on the third floor. Do note that there are cashiers on each floor.
Cash and bank cards such as credit and debit cards are accepted as payment methods. Isetan's staff are all Malaysians who are extremely friendly anytime customers require assistance. The staff can communicate in both English and Malay, so it doesn't matter if your Malay isn't up to standard. For security reasons, there are CCTV cameras installed throughout the store.
During the Chinese New Year promotion and year-end deals, I frequently come to this Isetan to buy purses for my female colleagues and kitchen equipment for my home. Spending my money on high-quality products at a lower cost is a wise financial decision for me, and I encourage Isetan to individuals who are on a limited budget but want to indulge in a little retail therapy every now and again.
