Definitely worth the visit. There's a lot of things you can learn not only about Islam but also architecture, art, history and even a bit of science. Not many people come so you can take your time. The entrance fee for Malaysian adult is RM12. Walking distance to National Mosque.

What a mesmerizing museum. With its incorporation of precise and repeating Islamic geometry, there's always something to make you stare in wonder. The whole museum is spotless, quiet and beautiful. You must visit here if you come to KL.

It is a typical museum vibe. All galleries are nice. Arrange beautifully. Staff are helpful and respectful. It is sad that nowadays people don't really choose museum as a place to hang out or we can say to have a peace of mind. It is quite peaceful in here, at the same time adding up our general knowledge. So it is totally 5 stars for me. Of course, it is not a place where many people choose to have fun but try it once, who knows you'll get the same feeling as I am.

Is average for me as I am not the history experts and I can't comment on the artifacts and display over there. There are varieties of display categories or topics by countries, architecture and items on Islamic influence. There are entrance fee for adults cost RM14 and kids or senior citizens cost RM7 which is standard price for all. Here is my review on Islamic Art Museum:- Attraction Highlight: We enter and brought our tickets at level LG. Then there are display artifacts at level G๏ผŒ1st floor and 2nd floor where the special display is at ground floor at a small entrance on the right of the lifts. The downside of this place is that there are not enough signage and also direction or navigation between one section to another section. Example the first section at 1st floor where China and India and even some Indonesia artifacts all mix up together at one section and confusing. My favourite is the Islamic architecture miniatures around the world. Check out some of the UNESCO world heritage sites in miniatures. Attraction Tips: During our visit there are compliments drink for a ticket at Moza Cafe. But it is a simple welcome drink on the rock. Try check out the reasonable french fries which is everyone favourite to serve with the drinks at Moza Cafe. Beware that the service and staff at the restaurant cafรฉ is not too friendly to serve just a welcome drink.

The tickets costs 14 RM if you're coming early, if you came at 5 pm like me it'll cost you 12 RM, overall it's a great place to visit as muslim cause you'll see the legacy of Islam from the start.

If you have an appreciation for the Middle East, Islamic culture, arts in general, architecture, history, anything, then you should visit this museum. There is something in it for everyone, and then some. Islamic art has its own beauty, it is often simple, geometric and yet rich. But if you look into the details then there is a wealth of complexity that often leave you astounded. The Islamic Arts Museum showcases that really well while taking the visitors through a logical sequence of the art forms and of the different eras. This really is a great place to visit in the weekend if you're short of things to do. It doesn't need to break your wallet, as the entry is only RM14 for some of the amazing artefacts that's on offer here. The building itself is to behold. Don't forget to look up.
