โ โ โ โ โ Appointment is needed, no walk-in services. Doc was very kind and helpful, explanation was very thorough. Went for 2nd vaccination for my pupper.

โ โ โ โ โ One of the staff scold customer and pull down the face mask off during this cmco period. Even if the customer is not understand with the procedure, just explain to them politely and with a FACE MASK ON. Not taking off the face mask!

โ โ โ โ โ If possible I will give zero star, came from far to get vaccination then only they inform appointment only, tat was 11am, then I straight call for the whole hour from 11am to 12pm (20 calls) all was not pick up. You guys lunch at 11am? Ur phone just for decoration? Definitely will make complain to the dvs.

โ โ โ โ โ The doctors and staff here, are friendly. The price is really cheap and affordable for your pets. They managed to do operation for my cat for only few hundreds. Consider coming here if you need to bring your pet for a check up/ injection or sickness but do remember that there will be a long line, so come early for a fast services.
