โ โ โ โ โ WORST VET EVER, donโt ever come here. The doctor are not knowledgeable. The waiting time is terrible, made an appointment but still got to wait long.

โ โ โ โ โ A stray dog came to my place. Badly wounded with lots of maggots on his neck. Is far from what we expected.
Luckily got Peng Aun, they not only willing accept him and provide him the treatment, plus give some discount on the bill.
After a week plus, the dog recover very well. And the guy who help to take care of the dog treats him extremely well, talk to the him nicely, giving him full attention.
Thanks again Peng Aun, without your help the dog wouldnโt last... God bless.

โ โ โ โ โ Can call in for appointment but be ready to wait as they have regulars and do accept walk in. Vet is friendly and approachable. They also sell pet food here including hypoallergenic premium range.

โ โ โ โ โ My sister brought her cat to this clinic for spay but the cat has been treated badly with non professional methods. After the surgery, when I see the wound on the cat, I feel very painful for her. The size of wound is almost 10cm long! The cat is trembling with pain, she seems very suffer. Before go home, my sister asked the vet for pain killer but has been rejected.
I'm doubt if the vet qualified to handle this kind of surgery.
Pray for the cat to get well soon.

โ โ โ โ โ TERRIBLE PLACE NEVER COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY, TIME AND GOT SHOUTED BY THEIR UNETHICAL DOCTOR FOR NO GOOD REASON .
First off, I made an appointment in the morning but once i got there still need to wait for at least 1 hour before being serve and the 2 customer that come after me got serve first.
Secondly, the doctor is not knowledgeable. I ask different things he answers different things. His answer was not helpful at all as it was not specific/related to the topic.
Lastly, after i was done with the payment we ask the staff a question regarding the consultation fee since it was different from my last visit, no one entertain us at first. After the conversation the doctor started to get all worked up and shouted to us infront of the staff and customer after eavesdropping me and my plus one conversation. I find him very rude and uneducated for acting out this way as this is no way to treat a paying customer, it is extremely unethical on his behalf to act out this way considering his line of work.

But the whole system there is quite disappointing. Made an 11:30am appointment and got in after 2 hours ++
There was no update on anything until when asked by some other customer that is supposed to go in at 11:00am. Only the receptionist told us there was some emergency cases happened in the morning hence all the appointment delays.
I honestly totally understand but would appreciate if all these would be mentioned when we first arrived so people could either wait/reschedule.
Been trying to be a little more understanding but it had been a month since our visit, and we still havenโt gotten any updates about our catโs report (They mentioned they would send my catโs sample to a lab in KL and keep us updated on the result).
Asked them several times and they just told us to wait. Then one day, they just said the previous vet who was in charged of this quitted her job so no one knows what about my catโs sample. That seriously is not even an acceptable excuse (?)
Though we are thankful for all the help given but we are still really disappointed and felt they could be more responsible.
