 Service is bad .. I want to ask to collect my own goods Pon bnyk Reason .. while other companies can collect their own goods without making an appointment ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. I was away for work overseas and had rescheduled a delivery when I was back in Malaysia. However, they did not send my parcel to me. I called them the second time to arrange another delivery and still they did not send me my parcel as promised. I called them the third time and they told me to go to the Depot to pick up the parcel myself, BUT I had to make an appointment before I could go pick up my parcel??!!!!!! So I made an appointment and had went to pick up the parcel from the Depot. After I had arrived, the person told me that they had sent my parcel back to the seller. And now I had to go pick up the parcel from the seller. Will suggest sellers to use another delivery service company to make their customers' lives better. Thank you.
