Set an appointment time but was met by service advisor 2 hours later, and was told I had to wait a further 2 hours until technicians came back to check my vehicle. This doesn't include however long it takes to figure out what's wrong with my vehicle and fix the issue.
The staff were at least responsive and professional, but dont have an appointment system if you are not going to keep to the
times. Horrendous wait times, at least inform us that are waiting that there is a backlog so that we can act accordingly, not let us wait.
