Dinner for three on a weeknight. Large restaurant but only the front section seemed to be in use. As mentioned by others, seems understaffed, which dampened the overall dining experience - with the exception of one very friendly and forthcoming staff member. Food itself is decent and reasonably priced. Calamari salad really stood out to us.

Grilled Chicken Milanese is delicious. Served with well boiled tomato, carrot, broccoli, this dish is very suitable for young children. The portion is generous. Italiannes provides free bread as appetisers and kids free for free meal. We had "Say Cheese Please" pizza which the crust is slightly too hard. The service level has dropped after the previous captain left. Sometimes waiter doesnt provide the bread, and doesn't help to pour the olive oil, doesn't provide pencil to kids to draw on their activities sheet provided and doesn't provide plain water with the excuse that their water is not clean and asked us to order mineral water instead. I used to like and frequent this restaurant overall food is still good but service is disappointing.

Food tastes as good as ever and the portions were generous for the price. Great ambience and service too. Shame that half of the items on menu were not available when we visited for dinner at just 7pm. About time they replaced the physical menu cards too, the ones we were given looked beat up and worn.

My favourite place to be. It's a meal worthy of the money you'd pay. Wish there were more outlets closer to me but really, it hasn't stopped me from making a trip whenever possible. The Sicilian Chicken and fruit salad is the best and all dishes is more than generous for 2.

Great ambience. Love the pizza! I think this is the best pizza i ever had. You need to be a bit patient since they will be abit busy during peak hours. Overall satisfied with the food.

This is not Italiannies we knew! A total disappointment with the service and food. The waitress attending to us is very impatient. Despite having only 3 tables, the gesture of the waitress signals she is not happy and doesn't want to answer to our enquiry on food. The sofa set that we were seated is worn out, we are concern if they actually sanitised the seats + table after earlier customer. The food is a total let down. All the good memories that we had about this place is gone. This would be our last trip to this restaurant.

Since opening its doors in 2004, Italiannies is famously known for bringing uniquely rustic Italian cuisine to the tables. Fresh ingredients used with its characteristic recipes from starters, salads, meat dishes and desserts is the bridge between its savoury food and the satisfying smile of their guests. To give its the best of tastes, Italianniesβ€˜ signature sauces and bread dough are made fresh every morning. The chefsβ€˜ bold and adventurous flavours provide new excitement and modern twist to classic Italian staple food of pasta, pizza and vino. Jovial times abound when hearty Italian cuisine is served in generous portions within it's elaborate rustic-inspired ambience: vintage photography adorning long brick walls bathed in soothing warm lightings set the mood for exceptional enjoyable times for gatherings and conversations. The food is great but management definitely need to buffed up the service experience. Has been several times I was told that food service will takes very long due to short of manpower.

Good quality of food and value for money. Nice ambience. An old restaurant but still feels good with the rustic European theme of the decor. Some sofa seats need some repairs. We were 5 adults and 2 children, and we ordered some sharing plates IE pizza, pasta, salad, and the bill was RM180. All in, a good dining experience
