★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was 16 of us...there was no one to greet us , saw 2 waitresses sitting and looking at their phones.. When ordering food the waitress stood at one place and asked what all of us was having when it was time to serve the food she just stood one side and pass the food... Overall CRS at Damansara I really don't recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst TCRS I ever went, I ordered a set of 4 rice, and they only served 3. When we asked for our rice he said that “we are out of rice” while their staf ate in front of the customer with a huge pot of rice.
Not just that, they took that 1 rice from their rice pot beside out table.
I mean their priority not their customer but themself. There are also a customer beside us who was leave hanging and being told “out of rice” after the adhan prayer.
Imagine people was tryna break their fast there and they said “out of food”?!!! Why wont they prioritize their customer over them?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most run down Chicken Rice Shop outlet that I have ever visited. The staff were friendly just that during my takeaway, they missed 1 item. Outlet look needs to be improved and they also look understaffed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got in n saw most of the table is messy. Not yet clear up. My mom n i waited for 30min. Called n inform the waiter to order n clear our table but unfortunately I'd been told to wait as they are short of staff. Others got in, but ours order come later. Pity. The manager was not friendly at all. Come at my table. Clear up with rudely manners banging the plate n cup into their trolley. Clean up the table ala kadar je. Don't even bother to say sorry for the long waiting time n shameful behavior.
Bad service. Long waiting time. Rude behavior. Shame. Second time i ate in this TCRS branch. Both time failed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered BBQ chicken noodles wantan mee dry and it was the most horrible food I've ever had. First off, the sauce for the noodles and the soup are loaded with salt. Secondly, the portion of the noodles was incredibly small. I would say it's for kids portion. Thirdly, there are flies everywhere in the shop.. worse than eating at the roadside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall, my experience at this outlet was okay. But disappointed when we found out the Honey BBQ Chicken wasn't available, on a weekend as well as the filling in the pai tee was too little. The outlet did seem run down & the number of workers were noticeably not many. Hope HQ can make some changes to their outlets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, when you're stuck in thinking what to eat, The Chicken Rice Shop is always a last-minute solution. Their food is actually not bad at all, and for a halal version, it's really nice.
For years, I've been eating here and the quality has always been consistent. Recommended if you love a simple chicken rice.
