★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moderate quality. Pricing high for this Mentakab town. A budget hotel with room prices between RM108 to R 138. Room floor dusty and hardly mopped. Towels hard and dry. Only 3 TV channels working etc. List can go on and on..... Only plus point, a lot of shops nearby.
