β β β β β This could be one of the worst hotel I ever stayed. Bad rooms, even don't bother to repair their shower. You have to literally shower with open doors in a twin room, that I was sharing with a colleague. I wouldn't stay here any more , neither I would recommend it to anyone.

β β β β β The worst hotel I stayed ..tv n heater no working .. shower liquid soap fill with water.. window can't close no handle..poor maintenance..all duty person no picking up the call..???????..I Neva ever recommend to anyone..look at below complain still no action been done.

β β β β β NO STAIRS! There was no person in charge and you have to call the number at the lobby to call. No towels and need to call again. Only 1 power point for tv and no extension plug so I cannot switch on tv and tv box but luckily I brought extension. The bed always make sounds when moving. Shower ans hot water was ok, high pressure but no toiletries provided. No place or hook to put your clothes inside the bathroom. At 5.30am someone's alarm can be heard from inside my room and that sound won't go away until 6.30am and I thanks I woke up really early!

β β β β β The receptionist at the front desk not even wear a face mask during our check in time and we have been told that there is no TV channels at all , what a bad experience and some more we are staying here for two nights , not recommended st all.

β β β β β Booked via booking.com and we're sure that we've been scammed by the hotel. The pictures from booking.com WERE TOTALLY DIFFERENT from the actual hotel. The rooms are labelled by numbers but our room was not, made it difficult to find. We ended up opening a room that was occupied and felt sorry for the customer inside. The water hose in the toilet was leaking and hard to use. The room was dirty, the air-cond was not cold and the bed made noises. Overall, a very bad experienced and I would NOT RECOMMEND this to anyone. For RM100 per night, I've stayed at better hotel than this ????
