β β β β β Worst hotel ever. I didn't sleep on a bed but on a spring. I couldn't sleep at all. The toilet was icky and dirty, i had to wash the toilet myself. The furniture looks like it hasn't changed since 90s. Only the pool and the staff was ok. They really should do something

bed is bad, like sleep over spring.
one of tea cup is broken, like broken a long time ago. aircond is always whisper all night long. Breakfast no comment cause eat outside.

β β β β β I am disappointed and embarrassed to rate my stay here since I should be promoting my hometown. I believe most travelers would appreciate another survey prior to booking this place without expectation of a normal hotel/resort.
Well......this is not a "Resort" neither should it be called a "Hotel". Too many concerns to list, but it is definitely a great location. FYI, you are required to pay your stay upfront before checking out the room....now I understand why and it should be an indication of it's limitations.
I believe a new owner with surplus funds to take pride of this facility will definitely make it the happening place for both travelers and the community. To the Invester, there is definitely great pontential here!

β β β β β Good price with guarded parking.. Need more upgrade the fasilities.. No tv channels.. The pool still under maintenance (i dont know since when) the place is so quiet couse no body here ?

β β β β β first my room the aircond not working, so hot n im not have towel in my room. then i report to receptionist she say wait housekeeping delivery towel n for repair the aircond n i wait till 30minute for towel but not repair aircond. then i call again she say we move another room. but u know what happenοΌ that room soooooo grossssssss. the toilet so many hairs n insert the toilet bowl i saw tissue hve used. omg cant believed. very frusted. that night i decide to move another hotel. but for staff cafe they so be kind

β β β β β Value for money. Clean and very comfortable. If you come to Mentakab,Pahang. And overnight, you may choose this hotel. It is good to book online for good price and pay at the hotel. I and were having very good experience staying at this hotel.

β β β β β Room and amenities are okay. Got swimming pools, room price includes breakfast (limited food choices but adequate). Checked out then remembered we left the kids clothes in bathroom and some toys, the housekeeper was nice enough to help getting them.

β β β β β Stay away at all costs. My husband and I stayed at this HOSTEL, coz you can't call it a hotel. We booked for 1 night IN this property. The location was perfect, that's why we chose it and also pictures don't look that bad, anyway I got the worst room you can ever get, it was the dustiest property, not secure for a woman or ANYONE, the room was smelly, super old, dark, cold and not clean at all. You can hear everything from the other rooms. Staffs barely speak English.Β Bathroom fixtures are yellow and rusty, balcony glass is broken ready to fall. You cant use their towels, stains on them. The bedsheet is dirty. We have started to sneeze the moment we enter the hotel.Β If you decide to book it for the good location of it just make sure donβt book this property, saw few besides of this property which I believe they provide better service.
Breakfast
Donβt get excited about these amenities, they provide literary nothing- a few pieces of bread with a little amount of butter, Nasi Lemak wasnβt cooked properly β the nuts and anchovies that served are not fried well. Then, coffee and tea are served with condensed milk and sugar. Thatβs all.
