Ive ordered my parcel from Shein (China) and by 26th Feb 2022, my parcel finally arrived from China. Submitted ordered on 22nd Feb 2022 and i do understand the time frame as its from oversea.
Ive read a lot of comments about PJS 605 and most of it is a bad review.
My nightmare started when from PJS305, they send to PJS605 that is on 3rd March 2022.
The status of my parcel: On Hold

On 7th March (if im not mistaken) ive cll JNT customer service and asked to expedite my parcel delivery cz its taking too long already.

As to date im writing this review, 9th March 2022, i havent received my parcel yet.
I think the management of JNT is aware that PJS 605 is understaff. Please take action, you guys meeting for nothing or what? Dont you guys monitor your branch performance? For sure you guys got the daily/monthly report of item delivered right? yelah, that is how you guys monitor your profit too. Others that monitor the money that go in, if got issues, please tackle lah. only see the money in meh?
And please take care of your staff staff welfare. Your staff represent you, you know. Aiyoo that thing also need to tell ke. penat tau.
Kudos to the others branch, PJS 305 and all that I dont know but doing a fast delivery. You guys awesome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad. They keep my parcel since 3 days ago and suddenly today without appearing at my HOUSE, the tracking update was 'Delivery attempt failed: Di luar waktu operasi'. I really hope Shopee will ban JnT as the appointed courier service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you purchase online especially Shopee, then your parcel handle by JNT. if your parcel went to 605, be prepared for your item to be kept/hold without a reason. nowday am using my office address to received all online purchasing goods. they still can make next day delivery. i do not know why. Previously people complaining about poslaju. honestly, poslaju do much better than this branch. not sure where and what is wrong with this branch. my parcel once arrive in 605 SK, then travell to cyberjaya, then to cheras.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my parcel was hold more than 3 days, reason is bad weather, but anyhow my area is sunny day for most of the time, nak tipu pun bagi reason yg baik sikit la!!!!! Melaka to Seri Kembangan - need more than 1 week lead time, still not receive yet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my WORST EXPERIENCE EVER that I purchased item online with using this CDC605 . My Parcel hold for several days and NOT MOVING AT ALL , forever can’t call through their hotline number . And the main problem I checked , their business hour start at 12.00pm .
My mind was like : Gg.com………….

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ trash Shopee and his J&T courier, operations hour from 12pm-5pm and you wanna attempt to deliver at 4.30pm and put it straight to on hold due to out of operating hours. I'm speechless :)))))
Hey Shopee if you dont want to f'up your reputation, please just remove j&t as your courier or let us choose the courier ourselves zzz

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most rude company I have met before. The worker is not responsibility and doing nothing in their job. My every parcel ordered from shopee when using J&T never send earlier before. They must send to me over a week or even more than a week. “Fast delivery??? Such a joke”
Wasting my time and my toll money. I go there from 12pm to 2pm and just get a parcel. I have 3 parcel in the branch, shows arrived and in transit. And the lady said wait, okay I wait for half an hour. Until she is finishing her food, she find only a parcel for me. And one stock keeper said “I will send to you afternoon. The time is 2 pm on that time. And when is his afternoon???? Until now 9pm, he also didn’t send to me.
If you can’t do the thing, please don’t simply make a promise to anyone. We are not a kid and not playing. Just wasting my time and money. I’m not free to drive to the seri Kembangan branch and waiting for two hours and pick up the parcel.
The workers 100% all are rude, they don’t deserve any respect. If a person kind to me, sure I will be kind. But this kind of people, lying and lazy to serve. Please don’t work, you don’t deserve the pay.
