★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My parcel is stuck at this J&T Senawang for almost 7 days. I have already call J&T regarding this matter. But, they said if J&T didn't proceed my parcel delivery by the next day of my call, I need to refund/cancel my order from the seller. What the?????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOW RATED SERVICE. Didn't even entitled for 1 star too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My parcel had arrived here on 12 Jan and today is 17 Jan. no words to express how very annoyed I am and how bad the service here. I would of understand if it had taken 2 days top but 5 days?? Just awful. First and last using J&T.

Phone number also cannot be reached. Please do something urgently or else just return back my parcel ID : 650316650940. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not inform any update on google, as they said they open suddenly i come to pick up my parcel, they said they are closed for self pickup, but my parcel was on hold on for more than 3 days.
Please be improve yourself and take care your customers.

Is it because you guys closed many branch and j&t service very worse today. Other courier delivery more efficient than u guys.

For sure you know that CDC Senawang NSN312 was awful in customer service as we unable to reach by call or if went to the location blindly, the front door mentioned "closed" meanwhile they are not.
So what i done (as my parcel was on hold for 3 days), just went to the location and request for pickup to the staff. This action is within our rights, and u can do so. Ask other J&T office for clarification. For this NSN312, you need to go the left side of the building and there will be a window that reach working staff. Work for the pickup request from there. All the best for you and NSN312 for better CS improvement.
Note: i do received my parcel as suddenly it was on delivery when i reached NSN312, The driver failed to scan and update my parcel status from on hold to on delivery. Haish what a waste of time but at least i satisfied with my effort.
