★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to pick up my package because it's already near my house but the staff (women in her 20+) said cannot. She said that the company of J&T forbid people to come to take their package because of MCO or anything. Then, I ask the other's J&T company at other locations and they said that the customer are allowed to pick their package at the place of J&T DP BAGAN AJAM 01 and state that we just cannot take the package from big company only but can take from small like J&T DP BAGAN AJAM 01. I hate that staff that lie or just lazy to go to pick my package
