My colleague parcel just arrived 10 mins ago in our office. The delivery man possessed disgusting attitude. The moment he arrived he keep yelling and shouting. To make it worst, that Indian worker shouts out the vulgar word "lanjiao (bad word in hokkien)". I think the entire floor can hear it. This is behavior is just simply unacceptable!!

service very bad. call during office hour from morning until evening but no one answer. check status shipment arrive since 13/9/2019 but until now didnt send to our company. seberang jaya and perai nearby only. do you need to take 1 month to deliver to us???tired to call this company..even call customer service also no point..they pass to butterworth office and still no answer..!!!

It's very SUCK service, my parcel had reached the Butterworth office on 10 JAN but I still didn't get the parcel as at today 13 JAN. I have called the office on 11 JAN, and told them I need the parcel urgently so they must arrange the parcel to me by today. and they promised YES, but they didn't make it. They totally don't understand what it mean urgent, and they don't know what is called courier service, how come they can simply delay customer parcel. They even don't deserve get 1 star for the rate...

Very BAD experience with them. My parcel reached butterworth branch on 10th Feb and today is 14th Feb i am still not receiving my thing. So i call to the branch to check, i think more than 10 times, the line is either busy or nobody pick up. Never mind, so i ended up called to the customer service line 1300xxxxxxxx to check. Thanks god somebody on the line pick up very quickly, but again she asked me to return to check with the branch. THEN WHAT FOR YOU SET UP A CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE IF YOU CAN'T SOLVE PROBLEM?! THEN i told this lady patiently again that i call here because nobody from the branch pick up my call, i have no choice already. Then she took all the details and asked me to wait for call back she need to check... COMPUTERIZED SYSTEM?! Okay whatever, perhaps they still do paper filing idk. AND TILL NOW NOBODY CALL ME YET. WORST COURIER SERVICE i ever met. I will make sure i only do online shopping with those seller who don't use this courier service in the future.

They totally don't understand what it mean urgent, and they don't know what is called courier service, how come they can simply delay customer parcel. I very disappointing with the courier services. Because my parcel is reached the courier company either last Thurs (19/1), however, they keep my parcel in their branch until 23/1 (3 days) and never send out for delivery. I called to the company many times, and only one time they pick up the call, and the answer is the parcel haven't send out. They told me going to seek for the manager advise whether could send out or not, and call back to me but didn't. End up i went over the company to collect parcel myself, but they said my parcel was missing and took an hour to search my parcel. This is ridiculous! I wondering if i didn't go over the company, i might keep the parcel in their branch for another week to deliver!
