★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat tidak membantu, SOP company pun x boleh explain clearly to customer. The best thing is she just ignore me while I still waiting her explanation. POD only snap gbr parcel and claim delivered even though receiver not yet received the item.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would not accept my calls instead decline it I have a parcel theee that I’ve been waiting airing for a long time and I just wanted to clarify that it’s still there. Hence, they just left me on the line and declined my call 5 times. Other J&T branches or services would probably be faster

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Efficient staffs. The only lacking is the parking space around this area. If you have large items, it's going to be hard to find parking near to the shop. Might need to carry it quite a distance if you're not lucky enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday I came and your staff said last walk in is 7.30pm and ask me to come tomorrow. Today I came at 7.23pm. Tell me come again tomorrow. Very bad attitude staff just sitting at the counter shaking leg playing phone. Please educate your staff. Very unhelpful and inconsiderate!! Sometimes it's so jam after work it's so hard to reach there early. The system and everything is still on why not just be kind and help someone?!
