Today is 19th, called the office, a girl answered n said out for delivery again today n asked me to wait at home, confirmed sending the thing to me before 5pm, waited till 5.50pm, no delivery, called office nobody answer the call

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called them to ask how much to send a small envelope to UK she said we only serve United Kingdom not UK. After I explained what is UK then she said it cost RM490.00 to send one small envelope?????! Seriously!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The system only update tracking information once you send a complaint email. But the tracking information will show they attempt for delivery but no one at home. I question them back, why there was no message card leave? They said, this will depend on the driver whether to leave a message card (depend on driver??? Is this included in their SOP: Standard Operating Procedure?). The tracking information show twice once I send a complaint email, but initially it's just one. The problem is the second time they attempt for delivery, why no message card to let the customer know they need to collect themself? Next time, request to refund the money from supplier, then the supplier will help you solve this problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm sorry Skynet. I had bad impression towards Skynet due to previous experience but this time it is totally 180 degree turn. Fast delivery from your branch and the delivery man is so patient and helpful. Keep it up Skynet Klang.
Kudos to uncle (delivery man) who keep calling me eventhough I didnt pick up because in a meeting. He even sent me a polite text message and answered politely when i returned his call. He was on his way to other place but drive back to my house. God bless uncle and Skynet Klang.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i'm sending document on monday, from JB to Selangor, Klang. Tuesday checking status, already in process sending out, but after half hour check back, show office not open, will arrange another time to send. I write this not complain service Skynet or the driver. But my customer complain to me, their company open at 8:30am, because of the change time and date delivery, their can't process the document on time. In the end, i'm the one got blame. So hope Skynet will try send document and parcel on time, try call receiver or ring a door bell. We understand u have million/billion thing to deliver, but please be update u deliver system. Thank you
