★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfriendly staff. No greeting specially the Chinese girl. Head to the phone each time i come, no even lift up to see incoming person.
Somemore this branch not going to call/whatsapp u if there's problem with yr parcel.
Hope can change. I started to divert to other J&T Branch, rather go far than visit unfriendly store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They’re patiently in solving customer’s problems either on delivery statuses or parcel claims inquiries especially both Malay and Chinese staffs, the Chinese lady could assist in explaining the claim while the oldest couldn’t understand in Malay.
