โ โ โ โ โ During RMCO because my item didn't have complete address (stupid Shopee), so I was asked to self-collect at here. Then I went at 4.15pm, guess what? They only allow self-collection time from only 10am-1pm (thought I free whole day to just picking up parcel is it?), while every, I mean EVERY workers inside playing handphone without even servicing me, when they can just let me pick up my item. This is how J&T manage their customers.

โ โ โ โ โ j&t LDC 605 bandar Tun razak do not serve your customer like we are beggar. receive parcel with broken one, need to pickup ourself. we paid u. do your job propely. d other day i bought 3 items j&t courier send at night around maghrib prayer time. its not even your workday time. if its gonna be late jst inform us. we know during mco everythng will be slow. we r not angry with that. we jst angry because your silent treatment. did not inform anythng. at least be inform. in additional, WHY do i need to pick up my parcel outside guidehouse. its your job to deliver parcel safe n sound. sometimes, we ddnt receive an item but it state in tracking delivered. eh helloo u dont even hve my signature how come it proof that i receive it lol. other matter please please please PUT your PHONE NUMBER. if u cant call us then let us call u. simple as that. how come nowadays delivery doesnt put dispatcher number. i use j&t courier thousand of time. neither of them did not put their name n phone number before this. so many to type. im not finish yet. other parcel need to be delivered today but dont update anythng. n suddendly attempt fail. how come, u ddnt even try to attempt. then save at storage hub 2-3day more. state call bla bla bla numbr. we had call thousand of time n they dont bother to pick up phohe. DONT put the number if u dont want to pick up lol. till now ddnt receive d other parcel. said in tracking out of delivery again n again. till now ddnt receive yet. Really waste my time whole day waiting for u. please think other people too. we have other job too not jst waiting sacrifice our time jst to be waiting. we also human. lack of trust n irresponsible people. at least please be INFORM us if anythng LDC tun razak 605 really suck. d other guy 301 tun razak really nice. always come deliver parcel safely n inform anythng. he jst use motorcycle only. NOT like guy from 605 use lorry. dont hve manner dnt ever said sorry for their mistake. love 301??? tun rzak AND really2 hate 605 tun razak????. so many times they do like this. human mistake can be forgiven BUT not when u keep repeat doing d same mistake. Please respect others too 605
