★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommended. Lousy service and poor feedback. My parcel was sent twice to them and they failed to deliver or at least made attempts in contacting me. Sender made mistake with incomplete address for the 2nd time however should have contacted by phone. They did not. Poor service courier service and had horrible experience. I will never use them anymore. REGRET

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ughhh the service is SOOOOOOOO AWFUL especially during PKP. Unsystematic. Had to wait 2 HOURS in line to retrieve my package. Services given not according to customers' turn. It's unfair to the ones who arrived earlier. Items are all over the place. Only ONE worker is wearing a mask.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I order from shoppee and arrive at batu oaht branch on 2nd June but until today there is no response from the courier. At least call your customer and tell them the status of the items. Even my parcel from China arrive first. REALLY disspointed should take action from your mistake and i rather choose other services afterwards and not wasting my time using yours

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy place to send parcels & letters. Just place an order through J&T Whatsapp. Then, go to the counter to drop off the goods and pay for the delivery services and you are done ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 week la hoo...Barang masih kat Batu Pahat..xgerak2..2 parcel dekat CDC Batu Pahat,1 of it took a week but still not on delivery ?and another 2 parcel at Sri Gading,same..? Not blaming the staff,but for sure something happen with management to their staff.. J & T...Be better..

The staff was friendly and efficient though.
Think the store needs to have proper door for managing the parcels, instead of having both customers and warehouse management using same door.
