★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please teach your salesman/sales department to entertain customer, it is happen to me for the third time, at least greetings or asking, some of my friend visit there to gain a basic knowledge for big bikes and could be the potential customer to you, but due to poor salesman seevice, we endup go to Kluang, JB, melaka or even KL, please dont go here or near this shop, it will make you upset and frustrated. Go to shop near Bomba jalan timah sari or jalan pegawai, they are humble and willing to share knowledge freely, there is also good big bike shop at pura kencana sri gading.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ just my opinion from my survey i Mailed from mudah. my to ask this shop loan cost if i depo 10k. which make me think it's the Highest interest rate in town . loan price 22k even with high depo 10k, which make balance loan 12k + interest charged around 7k+.. so total around 29k
I'm not sure if he wrong calculate the loan amount. or just......
please clarify this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was great. The staff was friendly. However, they should have check the motorcycle's condition for any defects before the customer take the bike home. I came on the 2nd day and they managed to fix the bike. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What they said doesn't match with what they offered . Before I visit their shop , I asked the salesman that could I test ride the bike , the salesman said that I could , but when I arrived at the shop , I need to wait about 2 hours for the salesman to walk back to his shop from his peaceful afternoon break . During the time , I've texted the salesman when would he returned but I didn't get any reply from him . I've left the shop for my lunch and texted him again to have me noticed when he's back yet he didn't reply too . So after lunch I finally have chance to meet this prince charming who is the one and only salesman in the big shop . I've requested to have a view and test ride the bike and I was told I only have the rights to take a look at the bike but can't ride it before I've passed the Aeon credit card loan , so I've driven for an hour or more and waited for two hours just to take a look at the bike with no batteries in it . When I was taking photos of the bike , prince charming found out that his teatime just getting started after he got his food from a food delivery man , nice attitude you had there prince charming . Good luck to you Akarjaya Motor Batu pahat . Great job you guys did there .
