★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Denifitely horrible service. Orders were delayed by 3 days without reason and telling me, causing me to delay plan for the items. When they had to reschedule the delivery, customer careline never helped at all. Stuck in hub for another 2 days. Worst service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's really sad to tell you because J&T has a great service because before this I just got stuff from J&T and it was really fast. But when I want to post something, I think it's my first and last post with J&T. Staff service needs to be improved. I didn't know the staff thought I was a non-customer because She was saying things that she shouldn't have told me because for me it a little bit rude and she cannot said that to customer. I don’t want to say what she said, just J&T might need the training that staff a little more. Sorry to say that is my first and last.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The item was received by j&t KL on 26th Jan, took 5 days to reach Kluang. And the courier office hold the item up till today, 4th Feb, not responsive at all when called. Terrible service!

JNT have good online system where u can key in the address in advance and then just drop off the parcel which is save time and energy.
JNT certain places , i agree, have issue. but for Kluang, staff ok

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The awd for my parcel is missing and they can't find it.this is terrible service courier.i don't recommend and will never use jnt again.Pos laju,ninja van and DHL is much more bettergood.JNT management in terms of delivery and sorting is not good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Berapa hari nak peram barang?chat x jwb call x agkt. Da prnah prgi jnt kluang memang bnyak staff doorang ni kaki main dan kaki sembang je. I RECOMMEND TO ALL KLUANG PEOPLE TO NOT USE THIS SERVICES ANYMORE. PLEASE BOYCOTT J&T. THEY DONT CARE? KITA LAGI TAK KISAH BIAR BANCRUPT. Go use Pos Laju lah, nak murah pun murah, staff pun semua baik2 sopan santun belaka. After this if u sell or buy on Shopee please make DHL or Pos Laju as your shipping procedure, not J&T. If using DHL as seller, u just can drop item at the Kodak Photo in front of Kluang Mall. I'll never use j&t anymore, would rather choose seller that using other shipping method.
