★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So much hassle to even purchase a money order, and the staff seems to be clueless about their work. Different staff will tell you different requirements to purchase a money order. Have to travel there a few times to get a job done. Educate your staff, for goodness'sake. No wonder our country's government system is so... efficient. Keep it up Malaysia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normally I will go inside the building to pay my road tax and other utility bills together. There is a long wait most of the time. There are two drive in booths and sometimes only one is in operation. Once I lined up a long qeuqe and my car's radiator overheated. I suggest a ride in lane for motor-cyclists.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A strong building of a few decades still standing proud as the postal office of Kluang town. Air conditioned now. Not much parking available. It's high time to shift the post office to a more strategic and bigger place.
