★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J&T pilihan saya, tapi staff Melayu kurang Mesra. I know it SOP jaga jarak.. But I'm showing to her name and address but she not even look at it. Ask me to speak it out. Then she write wrong name to sender.. I think I will choose other branch. Hidup jgn berlagak sgt, Sorry I'm boikot Kulai branch selfie that lady over there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very poor service. The delivery man attitude was so rude. I just only tell him to put my parcel to my house guard that's all and he has the nerve to said next time if you are not at home please call early to him in a very very rude attitude. He also said next time your parcel I will put directly to the guard house without calling. I'm so angry my blood pressure burst. Please train better your staff before let them work in your company.

This company is very bad. This is my third time to receive the online shopping stuff. They are updating the status as attempted to deliver while I didn't receive any phone call or message or notification just attempted and I went to their store to receive the item they said we will send it to your home address. They attach the dispatcher number and the dispatcher guy give you bussy and block you calls. The worst service I have experienced yet.

Why does it take more than five days to deliver a parcel from Senai to Kulai?
The seller sent the parcel down on May 3, 2020, with two days without status updates. Then, it has to stay overnight for another two more days upon arrival over the branch for an unknown reason since I'm still tracking my parcel without status updates on May 7, 2020.
A phone call was made via the hotline number but did not receive any reason for the delay in delivery.
*I have to wait since no self-pickup option is available during the MCO period.
Overall, I was disappointed with the service. Have lost my interest in using this delivery courier service.
Please improve the quality of your courier service delivery.
I'm not surprised if this continues you will lose your customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ quite fast process when delivering item/document, but beware read contraband list, u will find we cant send any original, there is no insurance for that kind of item.

But still took a long time to made a delivery.
What are you guys doing, waiting for the sun to dawn or what.
Why cant you'll made a fast move by delivering customer parcel.
J&t crews please take note and please perform well in future.
