★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The office staff was nice when I visit the office to collect my percel becuase they did not deliver even after 10 tens to reach in Johor. The were sending to one another office within johor instead of delivery at home address thats why in my opinion overall delivery service by them is poor service by J&T Express. I recomend to use GDEX or Poslaju.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located at Taman Impian Senai. If you are using the road from Johor Bahru towards senai, you have to make a uturn at the 1st exit right after the Senai international Airpllort flyover exit.
The store location is nearby to KFC taman Impian and Impiana Hotel Senai. The store condition is quite messy and seemed like no one care about it. There are quite a number of staffs there, but most of the time, they show no effort in assisting walk in customer.
Lately, J&T have shown an increase in their service quality for their delivery of parcel. Compared to the previous time of delivery with an average 1 week for item to be delivered. Nowadays, it took only 2 or 3 days to arrive at your home. Maybe they have more riders nowadays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the webside they put closing time 8.30pm..but when i rush to the place by 8pm...the staff there start to close..when i ask him he say 7.30pm we start to close..than i question him but in google said closing time 8.30pm..this is not professional way...from my place to impian senai its 15mins...i w...very aste my time my petrol go there..please change the timing..so the public will know at lease...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer service. You should train your counter person how to smile and how to show good manners to your customers. Most of the time I go there always have to face rude staff. Annoying female staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most Lousy , Slow , Lazy J&T Branch comparing with other branch. If you want to drop off any account parcel such as shopee parcel , account parcel . Please take consider to drop off at this branch. Always i drop off around 5pm plus , they will scan n update the parcel on next day afternoon. Worst service.
