★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered item from Ipoh on 10th May, seller dispatched this on 11th May to J&T. Item arrived J&T warehouse at Bayan Lepas in Penang on 13th May evening, as track & trace record showed. Considering Hari Raya holidays, on 17th May which is today, I took the liberty to go down to their warehouse. Hoping I could collect the item at the counter, they confirmed the item is there but as the item is hidden among other piles of heavier parcels, they couldn't retrieved my item immediately. They then told me to go back home and wait for my parcel!!
The staff overall service and attitude are just terrible!!
Never again............
