Update: I have another parcel and on hold for 5 Days+++ in this place!!!! Still called hotline and live chat still no update from here! Sucks lo J&T Express!!! I swear I don't use j&t express after this..

And there's no ETA when can u deliver, no contact number and no update as well. Hotline forever busy! Anyone know the contact?

Contact number (not in service). Called the 24 hotline, put on hold and ended up hang up the calls. Is very irritating. When can you release my parcel? I've receiver all other parcels delivered by J&T, only except this one which stuck in PEN601.
