โ โ โ โ โ I am sorry but I have to give one star for this branch. They marked my receiver's parcel status as delivered even though receiver haven't even receive his parcel. Check the proof of delivery also show different parcel from the one that I sent. It's not the first time this branch got this problem. Other reviewers here also have the same problem. I suspect either wrong delivery, high parcel traffic but branch simply change delivery status to achieve quota or there must be some dishonest worker within that branch.
In most cases, I have not much problem with J&T tapi branch ni memang buat saya risau. Management in KL HQ should investigate what is up with this branch. I will increase my rating if there is a noticeable improvements in this specific branch

Those 2 warehouses located behind Michael Badminton Court, Kuala Lukut.
Self collected time = Monday ~ Sunday 1pm - 6pm.

โ โ โ โ โ Did you hire a thief as an employee? My goods have been stolen for the second time. The package arrived at my door, but the contents were missing. They do not act immediately after I submit a report. The counter staff is also rude and disrespectful, and the service is poor !

โ โ โ โ โ Very bad service and poor management! Keep entertaining and fooling people. My parcel stucked at the transit centre for week. I have went to the parcel centre myself and wrote the details asked, but still no any response! I went to the parcel centre again on second and third day, but still, no people take any action! Just put a book at the entrance there, ask people to fill in the details, act like doing something but do nothing! They donโt even check the book!

โ โ โ โ โ My parcel has been stucked at the transit centre for 5 DAYS already. I went to pickup the parcel, wrote the details asked, but sadly and unfortunately no responses at all. The door for pickup was closed all the time, no person in charge right there. Many people waited too, but ended up going home empty hands. Please improve the service..
