โ โ โ โ โ I've came to this office to fetch my parcel, as I see the reviews are bad, and I need my parcel URGENT for my work during PKP. They just ask me to go back, as only the dispatchers know where my parcel is. So bad, I keep standing begging, but the just say, "akak kena tunggu kat rumah je, nnti kitorang hantar. BARANG BANYAK SANGAT", with no little bit sorry :(

Dear bro/sis at J&T Rembau, I kindly advise your team to restructure your management, it is expected more parcels will come especially during this PKP, and some are URGENT parcel. Cannot stay the same ok, always remember your are service provider!
As for other in need friend, just stay at home and continue praying as the dispatcher will send the parcel to you, no need to endangered urself going to this office.

โ โ โ โ โ Today( 10/4/2020) I came to Rembau Branch to collect my items, because it has been three days my items does not being delivered after it reach at Rembau Branch(6/4/2020). Your staff with an ignorant attitude, just informed us to wait for the dispatch to delivered at our home. Your staff do not even asked to check the tracking number and just treat us like trash while holding her phone. So rude! We came to reduce your dispatch workload but your staff repay us with rude attitude. Try to call both your hotline number but none in a service. So sucks!!!!!!!! This kind of service don't deserved our payment. Do something or your company will go broke! No star should be given but in order to post this review i need to click at least one star.

โ โ โ โ โ Delivery is speedy, but not recommended to use J&T for fragile stuff. As their motto is speed, not safety.
Other than that, this branch most of the time doesn't have spare change. So I have to walk all the way down to a convenience store for a change.
Not only that, self pickup is always a FRUSTRATING process. HQ says can go pickup, but then when I go for a pickup, they say it's not ready and what not. Centralise and manage your system for gods sake.
More often than not, my parcels would always be updated as delivered, despite it not reaching my hands and receiving it the next day. (This I can tolerate, keeping in mind they need to fill in a daily quota).
But for self pickups, unbelievably mind numbing frustrating.

โ โ โ โ โ I dont know what happened at j&t rembau but at least when i call u answer lah. My item already 8 days at your warehouse. Pastu expect apa? I called i nak pickup kalau takboleh sangat nak delivery. I sabar tahu tak tapi ni dah sampai 8hari teperap kat sana. Pick up my call then inform what happens at there at leasf i know lah.
